Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software
We use AxisCare for tracking EVV, schedules, Clients, Caregivers and billing. This helps us keep track of employees so I’m able to run payroll properly.
- Creating clients schedules
- How easy it is for staff to see their schedules and clock in and out
- How easy it is to run billing
- The app is very user friendly
- Running certain reports is very confusing and should be simplified and basic
- I’d like to have a spot on clients profiles where we can add important information and who their case managers are and anything that might be need to know right away kind of information
- Making it easier to create forms
- It’s hard to run some of the reports we need
- I’m not able to submit an X12 file from when I do billing so I can’t see what was actually paid in the system because AxisCare doesn’t have the capability to do it
- Overall the software is perfect for my company even with the things that could be tweaked or fixed.
AxisCare is extremely easy to use and navigate. No one can compare honestly. The way you can set it up to fit your business needs is huge! Not all companies are the same and being able to make it work for you and your team is so important. It has the capability to grow with my company, not all software companies are equip like that. I will never use another software company.
