Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software

I use AxisCare 90% of time during office hours. It helps me with scheduling, billing, payroll, as well as the built in messaging system. The Mobile App for managers help tremendously when on away from desktop
  • tracking history changes in the schedule
  • organizing Calendar
  • notifying staff of their scheduled shift via email
  • Please add features that allow block days (for clients) that don't require service on a particular day(s)... similar to availability blocks for staff profile
  • Please do not remove the old Billing/Payroll reporting
  • Please add more range of days on (or add custom range) to Date Options under Real Time view under Scheduling
  • Please add a feature where an automated message to all staff that are messaging after hours/weekends/holidays to our organization and its proxies. For example, when a staff calls in sick on a Saturday shift, the AxisCare messaging should prompt a message stating, "Caring Touch Home Health Care Inc. is open Mon-Fri from 9AM - 5PM, and closed on Statutory Holidays. If you're messaging due to emergency sick call or running late, and/or medical emergencies pertaining to an existing client, please call xxx-xxx-xxxx and leave a detailed message, AxisCare messaging does not immediately notify CTHHC managers afterhours."

  • it creates a customer-friendly approach for family-users of the Calendar
  • it crucial to our Billing/Payroll cycles

AxisCare is well-suited with coordinating staff on the daily. However, from time to time, staff messages AxisCare Messaging for emergency calls. Our Organization policy states that all staff must call the office (leave a message if prompted) regarding sick calls, late arrivals to clients, etc especially, after hours and Holidays...
