Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software
We use AxisCare Home Care Software for all of our scheduling, billing and payroll. We are now integrating our WOTC and background checks into AxisCare Home Care Software. We have the mobile app for both admin and staff. Sometimes there are major glitches but support is very helpful.

- great support for when issues arise

- Forms are very difficult to create and use
- Schedule changes don't start for several weeks after they have been made
- Increased our employment hiring techniques
