We are a Brand Experience & Reputation Management solutions provider for some of Canada's leading multi-location brands. Four years ago, we began searching for an Online Reputation Management solution to provide to our clients and throughout our journey, we were exposed to a couple dozen or so Online Reputation/Review Management/Listing Management solutions, including LocalClarity and after each presentation and demo from the other providers, it always pointed back to LocalClarity as being the strongest solution. Their desire to involve their clients in their future development roadmap was unique and demonstrated the ability and desire to listen...and this desire to listen allows them to launch major updates every quarter. In our opinion, LocalClarity is by far the strongest solution available in the marketplace. Cons
- The LocalClarity of 24 months ago and even of 12 months ago, is not the LocalClarity of today. Their ability to listen and adapt to their clients needs is truly remarkable. We will always find the need for improvement with any solution we use but LocalClarity's is near perfect and I have no doubt, based on my personal interactions with the LocalClarity team, the solution will continue to be near perfect.

- As a reseller, LocalClarity is an easy proposition to sell as it's simple, uncluterred, uncomplicated and highly affordable.
- Due to the way LocalClarity was designed, it provides an automatic reduction in the resources required to handle the daily needs of a mideum to large multi-location chain...and who doesnt like to get the job done right with less resources and costs!
- With the use of LocalClarity, even as a simplistic example, our clients see an increase in their review ratings, an increase in the number of reviewers posting reviews, an an increase in brand stakeholder engagement working diligently improve customer satisfaction.
None of the above keep up with LocalClarity. That's the reason we decided to partner with LocalClarity and we're proud to have done so. It's one thing to use the solution for yourself but when you engage a leading brand client you already have a relationship with to a solution, making a mistake is not an option...and not once have we felt we made a mistake introducing LocalClarity to any of our existing clients.
