Overall Satisfaction with Omnipresent
Hiring employees in different European countries. As the company was growing, we were interested in accessing a broader talent pool. As candidates were interested in employment , we were able to hire them through an EOR solution.
- Pay employees
- Knowledge of local labor laws
- Better internal communication as several people respond to the same questions in different threads
- Better offboarding advisory and transparency about real costs due to termination

- Negative- extremely high offboarding costs due to lack of financial transparency while hiring a new employee
