Overall Satisfaction with Omnipresent

Hiring employees in different European countries. As the company was growing, we were interested in accessing a broader talent pool. As candidates were interested in employment , we were able to hire them through an EOR solution.

  • Better internal communication as several people respond to the same questions in different threads
  • Better offboarding advisory and transparency about real costs due to termination
  • Positive - accessing talent
  • Negative- extremely high offboarding costs due to lack of financial transparency while hiring a new employee
Sometimes no responses for weeks. After several interventions, Omnipresent admitted to have a systems error and was incorrectly invoicing us for months.

Omnipresent needs a better level of professional advisory. Often, our reps were junior people who unfortunately weren’t business partners for a conversation.
