Overall Satisfaction with Omnipresent

Our company uses Omnipresent to employ individuals in regions where we do not have a legal entity/cannot support payroll. Primarily we use Omnipresent to employ individuals in the APAC region.
  • Customer Service.
  • Easy to use platform.
  • Smooth onboarding process.
  • Consistency - There's been a lot of turnover of staff over the past year. It would be ideal to have the same account manager for more than six months.
  • In many countries, Omnipresent uses local service providers to employ folks. In those countries, we see really long response times, and the info provided isn't always accurate or easy to understand.
  • Smooth payroll processing.
  • Ability to include benefits coverage.
  • All-in-one platform.
  • Improved employee experience.
  • Quicker time to onboard international staff.
  • Allows us to sell our products in markets we didn't previously have access to.
The support we receive from Omnipresent is excellent. We rarely need to follow up on emails, and there's very little back and forth once we get a response, thanks to clear and thorough responses. We also have a dedicated account manager who has been instrumental in helping with our more complex questions and understanding product launches/new features. The reason this isn't a 10/10 for us is that we've seen a great deal of turnover with the account manager role. We've been using the tool for about one year, and we've had four different account managers. We are hopeful that the dust has settled at Omnipresent now and that we will see consistency moving forward.
We ultimately decided to work with Omnipresent due to their dedication to customer service and their pricing. There are a lot of great EOR vendors out there, but we had an excellent relationship with Omnipresent from the moment we reached out for a demo. We also greatly value their dedication to implementing changes based on customer feedback - since we started using the OmniPlatform, we've seen countless improvements, and we've been given a lot of opportunities to share our feedback.

Omnipresent is a great solution for companies looking to grow globally but that don't have the resources or market understanding to open new legal entities in other countries. We found that they beat their competitors when it comes to customer service and employee experience.
