Onboarding new employees using Omnipresent's Employer of Recordset, Ensuring we are compliant as a business with local employment laws, Using their partners to process visa applications for remote hires internationally, Allowing us to hire internationally and work with the best talent possible, Expenses for international hires, Salary for international hires.

  • More communication surrounding the timelines for visa processing.
  • The option to pay employees in currencies other than the local currency.
  • Being able to onboard quickly.
  • Contract generation and editing/querying.
  • Salary payments in foreign currencies and payroll organisation.
  • We have a greater selection of candidates as we can employ people abroad.
  • Efficient billing system - they handle salary payroll.
Omnipresent has a good customer support system. We have been in touch before regarding an employee who needed to be onboarded as quickly as possible (outside of the minimum 2-week onboarding time frame). An issue is that there is no number to call, and we can only rely on emails, which is frustrating when you need to get in touch ASAP. Once we got in contact, they were really helpful.

Omnipresent has a great team that guides you through the onboarding process, helping you to stay compliant with local employment laws. Omnipresent does not offer legal advice on specific employment law-related scenarios. Whilst they can help you stay compliant by employing people for you through an EoR setup, they cannot help with specific legal questions.
