I can't think of any other than users being frustrated with running lists and not having accuracy. But lists are only as accurate as the data you put into them.

It's allowed us to have been communication with our parents.

It's allowed for better communication with the students.

It's allowed for better communication amongst our teaching staff.

Time saving was huge for us with the use of the online recommendation forms instead of us having to view and upload them physically.

The fact that all of our applicants documents are cloud based and that nothing needs to be transported or have the chance of being 'lost' is very important for our department.

All teachers use the grade book and report card grading functions. This is a big positive for teacher time as well as for administration.

Blackbaud Education Management Solutions lets our administrative assistants spend less time looking through file cabinets for records and allow for access to files from any web-connected computer on- or off-campus.

Through reports and lists in Blackbaud Education Management Solutions users of all levels are able to print, export, and analyze various data to expedite their workflow.

It has allowed our teachers to more easily integrate technology into their classroom lessons.

It has given us a clear communication channel with our families and a singular landing spot to find out information about the school

We would not have been as successful as we were during the COVID stay at home order if it were not for the Blackbaud Platform. We were successfully able to continue doing school and were able to make the transition fairly smoothly.

The front-end of the site has been our best tool for marketing. And the new interface does make it easier for me to make changes on the back-end.

Editing student profiles and more "find" features have made things a little bit easier to navigate.

Great for sharing information with Advancement, they can pull it themselves. Much time saved pulling and sending lists for them. (Teams, Activities, etc.)

We are still in the first couple of years of using the system, so there has been very little that I would consider time savings—the amount of time and effort that has gone into the front end of getting everything set up and figuring out how the system works has not yet had the opportunity to pay off long term. That said, I can see how this will make things start to get easier once we have had everything in place for a good while.

I have no idea what we are going to do for the Transcript. The new transcript builder flat out does not work - I am surprised that a company would even release a product like this that has obviously not been thoroughly tested. I was a QA Analyst in a previous life and this would never have gotten out of the door.

APIs: Huge positive. Elimination of export/import is always welcomed as it cuts down the tendency for dirty data.
