(1-25 of 26)Pretty good software overall!
- Being able to customize your message
- Faster response in real time
- Saving message to use for a great follow up
- Controlling your leads
- It's very glitchy-- some of the canned messages won't work for no reason
- Some links don't work all the time
- It could be easier to navigate from one report to another
- Searching
- Tasks
- Call logging
- Information gathering
- It's pretty complex to use and not very straightforward as to where everything is and how to access.
- Search function needs to be enhanced. Finding accounts in the desktop version is simple and accurate. With mobile, not so much.
- It should be more customizable to enhance features frequently used.
Salesforce Mobile has been a great tool!
- Store student information
- Keeps track of students
- Report Editing
- Links
At any time, from any place
- Clear and same information as of the desk platform
- Fast and reliable
- Easy to use
- Interface
- Design
- Functionality
However, it wouldn't make any sense to use it in the office as you can enter into Salesforce from your computer and have a better experience with the SF product as it is much more comfortable to use. At the end it has a much larger screen than a phone or a tablet and it has many more possibilities as a whole
Leader In The Field.
- The ability to construct lead list for various marketing channels and have our staff prioritize calls. It's simple to use, just has to be set up once, and it's safe.
- The most important aspect of this app is that all of its features are incredible, especially the reporting capabilities and the ability to quickly input customer information.
- The app allows sales reps to focus on opportunities while on the field. The app has a feature that allows you to set up quick action for a variety of tasks.
- It just take a minor bit of training.
- Although the app is expensive, the functionality it provides solves this problem.
- If you have a low or medium-speed internet, the platform likewise incredibly poor.
- Dashboards
- Reports
- DocuSign Integration
- Fingerprint Login
- Search Filters
Your Saleforce Instance in the Palms of your Hands!
- The overall user experience of the app is very good. It's intuitive and easy to navigate.
- The app reflects the native desktop app and does not limit functionality.
- The search feature makes it quick to look up a specific contact or opportunity.
- The ability to upload documents to related records would be a plus. This may be possible and I am just not finding it.
- Other than that, I think the app does a great job of mirroring our Salesforce instance.
It helps the field sales to move lighter, and helps you open less your computer on weekends!
At least in my company the sales team is very free, so it depends on the person.
In my case, I just use it for last minute things: For example, imagine is saturday night and I just got a very improtant signature, so i need to CW the opportunity in order to start the OB as soon as possible. For this case, the mobile version is very usefull as it only takes me a couple minutes and I dont have to wait a day or get my computer.
Besides that, of course i preffer the web-browser version because of the size of the screen and is easier to navegate, but for being a simpler version it does what it has to do
- Helps sends last minute contracts, or in situ contracts
- Help change stages of the oppos when you are OoO
- It keeps it simple even though we all know than SF manages a lot of information
- It could be easier to navigate from one report to another
- It does not let me close the recent activity pop up in the oppo, and it uses more space than relevant fields, plus the stage map is cut instead of being reduce in size

Desktop version at your fingertips
- Easy for teams to update task, opportunities and accounts no matter where you are.
- All task available on the desktop version from the convenience of your phone.
- Also has offline functionality that is useful in remote areas.
- Some reports or dashboards that are more complicated don't display very well on a phone.
- May require some training for the first time user.
- Creating DocuSign documents for clients is cumbersome via the app.
Salesforce on the go!

- Easy to use categories.
- Notifications are available through the app.
- Sometimes the ticket may not go through.
- Tagging people are hard through comments.
- Going back to the ticket after submitting g can be difficult.

Salesforce Mobile Review
- Mimics majority of the same functionalities of the desktop version
- Easy accessibility to all accounts from your phone
- The ability to work remote
- More complex to integrate other platforms than the desktop version
- The app takes more time to save/load
- Majority, but not all desktop functionalities available
Goin' Mobile
- Access to Salesforce whenever and wherever.
- Simple navigation to all the things that are important for users.
- Ability to customize the app to tailor to different organizations.
- Just like Salesforce, there's a lot you can do with the app. It can feel overwhelming if you don't know what you're looking for.
- This isn't necessarily a fault, but when you use Salesforce on a computer most of the time, when going to Mobile you do have to make an adjustment and be prepared for a different layout and navigation.
- Access to sales opportunities details

- A default index page personalized according to user’s necessity
- Creating tasks
- Creating FU tasks
- Logging call info
- Just ease of use at times. It would be easier to have everything accessible in one or two screens.
My Salesforce Mobile Review
- It's user friendly. It is very easy easy to use.
- It's very convenient. You can access Salesforce anytime, anywhere without using a computer.
- It easy to install and log in, almost exactly the same as the one on our computers.
- Sometimes it is lagging.
- It doesn't have the full features, like what we see on PC or laptop.
- Sometimes it's too slow when it has a lot of data.
- Ability to manage account remotely.
- Enter new opportunities.
- Manage events on the go.
- Run reports to track the sales teams and production.
- The mobile app does not work well in split screen mode.
- Adding multiple opportunities and events for those opps can be cumbersome.
- Managing sales teams remotely.
- Running reports or viewing dashboards.
- Enter new opportunities or accounts.
- Keeping track of production.
Salesforce Mobile in Higher Ed
- Easy access to Salesforce data.
- Intuitive layout and UI aligns with the Salesforce Lightning experience.
- Permissions and access settings are identical to Salesforce.com infrastructure.
- Load time is slow for many page layouts.
- Reports and dashboards are not easy for quick editing or filtering unless they have been configured specifically for the mobile app.
- Best implementation requires significant investment with existing Salesforce.com components to make them mobile friendly.
Salesforce 1 - A mobile timesaver
- Ease of use
- Custom interface with extended protection and scalability
- Additional overhead maintenance
Salesforce1 App Empowers Sales Agents on the go.
- The UI is well designed, this makes it easy to navigate.
- The application transitions are smooth and fast.
- When viewing the page of Leads or Opportunities they appear bland and blend together. A color differentiator pattern of at least grey, white, grey, white would be helpful.
