Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)

We use it for two divisions- ticket sales and corporate sales. It’s used primarily when Reps are on the go and need to quickly look up an account or log something.

We use the two together. Salesforce Mobile is our generic CRM whereas we use SalesLoft for cadencing.

Great for a quick look up of an account or to find a number. Can be challenging to see al notes or to look at reports.
