Overall Satisfaction with Accenture People + Work Connect
The tool helped us in terms of hiring potential candidates for the roles that were vacant. The best feature was regarded as being able to hire local talent in the place where the opening is based. It is easy to see all the open positions and locations for easy application and sorting to find the right candidate.

From my discussion with the management with regards to hiring and the portal used, I came to know that Google for Jobs was able to be considered earlier, but was rejected as there was lots of noise, multiple unwanted applications and the filtering process also took a while and wasted the time of the TA team.
