Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We utilize Acumatica for retail trade. Due to having multiple franchise locations across the Nation, we needed a system that could support multiple locations using one system, with the ability to have customizations written to have the systems sync pricing, notes, etc., nightly. Each franchise location has a separate tenant, however with customizations we are able to have data sync across all tenants allowing them to have the most accurate information synced nightly. This would not have been possible with any other ERP!

- We often run into strange one-off glitches that cause a Sales Order or invoice to miscalculate and provide inaccurate order totals.
- The return process in terms of a PO return receipt can be quite confusing, as when linked to a drop ship PO it does not re-open the sales order by itself.
- While being as expensive as an all-star employee, its return on investment is as if you have 4-5 of those all-star employees.
- Acumatica has had a very positive impact on our company, as it allows all of our franchises to be connected.
