Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica for most of our day-to-day businesses. We generate PO to send to our vendors, then create SO for our customers, we have begun using Acumatica for barcode scanning and we also take payments through Acumatica. Some business problems is for one, the use of paper. Since using Acumatica we have limited our use of paper as well as reduced our spending across multiple software. Acumatica allows one payment that offers most of what we need rather than outsourcing to multiple software and purchasing an endless amount of subscriptions.
- Grows as the company grows. Acumatica is customizable and personal to each individual's needs.
- Offers a community and university that assists with technical questions as well as offers its users a community that encourages collaboration and networking.
- Attempts an all inclusive software that helps companies manage their operations better and if Acumatica doesn't have the solution they offer integrations with other companies as well as do their best to find a solution.
- Overdue charges. The calculations that Acumatica offers in terms of the 10th day charge is confusing and inconvenient for a company. It would be nice to have the ability to choose when we want the overdue charges to be calculated without a customization.
- Customer Portal needs a facelift. There are still some things we see that Acumatica can do, but the portal itself is still not comparable.

We are more accessible to our employees and customers. We also are able to compete with larger businesses/corporations since using Acumatica.
We use Acumatica to support our customers. We use the Customer Portal to send invoices, statements, SO to our customers.
