Overall Satisfaction with Adaptive Suite
Initially we used Adaptive Insights as our dynamic forecasting tool. Since phase one, we have now added dashboards through discovery and reporting. It has saved time on long-term projects, and made scenario analysis effortless. Initially, the Adaptive implementation was a challenge due to the complexity of our organizational structure, but once those initial problems were solved it has been easy to maintain.

- The new Java free applets aren't as easy to use as their predecessors, formula builder being one of them.
- It has aided in decision making and the time required to prepare the information to aide in decision making.
- Future planning has improved due to the ability have rolling forecasts.
We evaluated Host along with Adaptive, and chose Adaptive. We felt Adaptive was a better solution for our needs, which was primarily forecasting, and we thought Adaptive better handled our significant dimensionality all while maintaining a more user friendly interface. Our assumption has proved to be correct as users and executives are happy with the tool.
