Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Pros

  • Very easy to learn how to use this solution.
  • It greatly improved the speed at which contracts were sent and signed, as well as the visibility into their status.
  • Able to integrate well with Salesforce.com to allow us to build out more automation with our existing processes.

Cons

  • Would like the ability to customize the reminder email message for different scenarios
  • Would like the ability for signers to sign multiple contracts at once after they view them all.
  • Would like more of the functionality that 'lives' within the Echosign solution to also be available within Salesforce.com. (e.g. being able to customize who the reminder gets sent to, or replacing the signer)
  • Faster turnaround time on getting clients to sign our contracts
Designate at least one person in your company to build out customization with Echosign as well as to train others on the features and functionality of it. Use the information that Echosign provides to setup reports so that you can analyze metrics/trends, such the number of agreements sent per user/month, or average minutes until signed. Take advantage of the text tag functionality that is available so that you can customize your templates.

Using Adobe Sign

I have not used any other e-signature solutions so am unable to provide a comparison. However, I've had no complaints with our experience so far using Echosign. They provide good customer support and the solution is very easy to learn and use.
