Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used this for three years and the only difficulty we had was the migration from our old LMS. I’m sure it had been improved since then, but it was very confusing and time consuming. Otherwise, we like it. It works well with our use needs of housing our required training courses.

Pros and Cons

Easy to use.
Adobe is always making updates.
Customizable to our needs.
Easy for trainees to use.

Migration of prior LMS was difficult.
Make fonts customizable so we cash use or marketing fonts of choice to brand it.

Return on Investment

Took a long time to get set up.
Has good reporting.

Usability

It’s very easy to use as a learner and admin.

Alternatives Considered

Absorb LMS, Blackboard Learn and Cornerstone Managed File Transfer Server

We chose it to replace Absorb. I think it’s better overall and has more features.

It’s really easy to use for learners and administrators. I like that Adobe continuously makes updates and changes to improve the program as a whole. I would recommend it to others because it works well and the support is great.
