Overall Satisfaction with AdRoll

AdRoll is used by our marketing department to target and retarget customers. When someone visits our site, they will see customized ads from us on other websites once they leave. It helps remind them of who we are and what we offer and invites them back to check us out again, especially if they have been looking at certain products or services.

  • Some parts of the platform are hard to use for beginners.
  • Delayed updates on ad performance.
  • Support may take some time to get back to you for any issue.
  • Getting customers to come back to our website increases chances of a sale.
  • Use of social media traffic with Facebook targeting to increase sales.
It is great when you have lots of visitors on your website that don't take any action but looking around. By retargeting them they may return to purchase from you. It works great for selling actual products. AdRoll may be less suited for just informational websites where you don't get any actual profit from customers coming back. Nevertheless, if willing to invest in getting more return customers, AdRoll will work well for anyone.
