Overall Satisfaction with Allego Sales Learning Platform
Allego allows our organization to easily capture and distribute valuable and timely learning and development content between our various departments and sales teams. I like to call it Voya's YouTube! We utilize it in four main ways: 1) Distribute product training from subject matter experts to sales teams 2) capturing and recording live sales meetings and conference calls 3) manager coaching and evaluating presentations from sales teams 4) interviewing top-level sales talent to extract sales success habits and techniques to share with others.
- Allows us to quickly and easily capture and share information with sales teams who are on the go
- Provides an archive of content where users can go back and review and can be used for ongoing training
- The customer success team is very helpful in supporting our initiatives and giving us best practices
- When more content is added it can get very cumbersome so there is a constant need to "clean up"
- Finding and organizing videos can be a tedious process. Maybe can add more automation behind this
- Allowing more user editing tools for their videos. Ability to trim, cut and paste
- While difficult to measure quantitatively, the feedback we receive from seasoned sales personnel is it helps them keep updated on the go without having to read emails as they can listen to content passively.
- It has been touted by new hires as the best learning tool to familiarize themselves with products and people.
