I use ApptioOne for Vendor Insights, Contracts, POs, IT Planning. It Addresses Showback and spending transparency and used by the entire IT Division.

ApptioOne is great at flexibility of data ingress and configuration. Reports are highly customizable, and Apptio provides many great out of the box options. Learning curve is steep for users responsible with configuration. Understanding relationships and mappings can be a challenge initially.
