Arena is used mainly by engineering.

Product usability was very important and Arena is very easy to use and learn.
Arena was very easy to implement compared to other systems.
I work mainly with small businesses and Arena seems very good for this size business. It's easy to learn and use. The interface to get data from Arena into an ERP system is difficult to automate - so for businesses that require lots of interface between Arena and an ERP system, Arena needs to be looked at more closely for limitations in this area.
