We had a system architect assigned to our account who walked us through each step of the implementation process. The worksheets provided were extremely helpful when determining how we wanted our system set up and kept us focused on the key areas.

Before achieving effective implementation, one must grasp a multitude of features. In the early stages of the company's establishment, the deployment of Arena posed no significant challenges. The process of performance qualification for Arena Solutions, however, proved to be quite intricate, mainly due to the absence of documentation provided by Arena Solutions during the qualification period.

It took some time, 8+ months to deploy. We needed to rethink how we were handling some article numbers and BOMs. It's worked out well so far but the goal of implementing in 3-4 months was definitely an understatement from our solution expert.

For us, deployment of the Arena PLM and QMS was lightning fast. The implementation team, and our Arena Solutions Architect are the best I have encountered in my 43 years in BioTech.

Arena's implementation was done fast and seamlessly. We had assistance throughout all phases and the implementation was with us at all steps of the exercise. The implementation was done on time and roll out through facilities was done effortlessly. As always, Arena provides great valuer for the money,

Implementation was honestly a nightmare. We had two companies which recently merged, with conflicting systems straight down to PN and Change control, and we tried to stuff them in the Arena PLM and QMS box supported by an on-site team that had little to no experience setting up and running an eQMS. We are still seeing ripple effects from that botched implementation.

Yes, initial implementation was easy, Arena staff was stellar in ensuring information was imported correct. It was implemented as promised, on time, no hiccups, no issues, no problems at all. I was extremely satisfied with the entire Arena implementation team, and support after was equally stellar, they were there anytime I needed them.

It was extremely difficult to deploy. We did not adequately assess the functionality prior to launch and we retained artifacts of the paper system such as signature pages in the PLM system. Hard to tell if this was purely due to our launch team missing some key changes, or if the system was difficult in other ways.

Arena PLM and QMS were quite easy to deploy as everything can be customizablein the system. The implementation time and planning depend on the maturity of your own QMS and internal processes. The implementation was very smooth.
Arena dedicated employees can give personal advice and help if necessary. This help is adjusted to your activity and needs

Implementation was a tremendous job - but no more so than was to be reasonably expected. As far as I know, it was implemented on schedule. Unfortunately, due to some implementation decisions, we lost some significant resolution granularity of our 'smart' part numbering system, and some some the class lists in Arena PLM and QMS could use more self-explanatory wording, but that is on the implementation team and not a fault of the product. There was and remains however, a problem with the link between Arena PLM and xTuple MRP/ERP which is frustrating because we paid a lot for a fully functional connection but the problems were never resolved. :-\
