We leverage AT Internet's tagging and analytics to provide valuable insight on user and content engagement within our best-in-class digital publishing software platforms. Since we license our software to brands of all sizes throughout the world, AT Internet's Analytics Suite 2 is being utilized by both our entire organization as well as our digital partners.

  • The value we get from partnering with AT Internet has met or exceeded our expectations on every level.
We've had a few challenging experiences (difficult implementation, fair to below adequate support, premium price tag, etc...) with Adobe Analytics in the years prior to choosing AT Internet. While Google Analytics offered a free price point for us to consider, it would have been extremely challenging to have our specific use case needs (and the needs of our digital partners) met.
The entire team at AT Internet has been outstanding in their level support. From the discovery/evaluation phase through implementation and to day-to-day, our voice has always been heard and we have felt like a partner with them as opposed to a client-vendor relationship. Not only do we access their Support Team in a number of ways, they also maintain a comprehensive Help Centre online.

Since our use case is a bit different from a website or other media properties, Marie Fenner (Managing Director - U.K. & U.S.) and Nicolas Hinternesch (Senior Digital Analytics Consultant) provided "white glove" service and a detailed understanding of our product offerings to make for a smooth implementation.
