Overall Satisfaction

  • Customer Service was always very helpful.
  • Customization for many Industries.
  • Smooth transitions through updates. The update to Anaconda came with detailed training and the older version was left up long enough for us to feel comfortable with the transition.
  • Mostly small details. There were some minor issues with the script causing fields to not hold data properly.
  • The inability to use the "tab" feature to move between fields. "Enter" had to be used to get data to hold. However, the open fields of Anaconda more then made up for this minor inconvenience.
  • Made it easy to stay organized, improving customer service and retention.
  • If we had used AtTask to its full capabilities, there is not much this software cannot do to increase employee efficiency.
I have moved on from LexisNexis (now Martindale, LLC) where AtTask is still used, however I will soon be starting a new subscription to help manage my clients.

I found the software to be very user friendly and once you get the hang of it, you realize the true potential. I look forward to renewing my relationship with AtTask.
I think it can be customized to help any team, especially when all team members are not located in one office. Large businesses will really benefit most from this software.
