Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

We use AtTask company wide for project management, resource management, and time tracking. It has allowed our company to consolidate our project communication and management into one system. As a company AtTask has been great to work with, they listen to their customers and have a strong admin and user community. Both my sales and customer service reps are very accessible and knowledgeable. Support is very quick to respond if issues arise and are polite and helpful even when an issue turns out to be operator error.

We needed a system that was easy to use, had great support and training available, and allowed us to track time and manage projects. After reviewing about 30 different options it was clear that AtTask offered all that and more.
It is a more costly system than some other options but if you have the need for a tool that can handle project management, time tracking, resource management, portfolio management and detailed reporting then this might be the tool for you. Tracking that kind of data means you have to have the resources to enter the data, it takes more of a time investment in the setup of projects but I think you will find the information you get out of the system through the duration of the project makes it well worth it.

Using Workfront

150 - AtTask is used by most of the employees in our company from production to managers to support staff. The business functions of our employees who use AtTask include Accounting, H.R., General Managers, Project Managers, Account Directors, Advertising and Data Managers, Email Marketing, Artists, New Business, Editors, Web Developers, and Internet Marketing. The employees that aren't using AtTask currently are our sales teams although, we are looking into a connection between our Salesforce and AtTask accounts that might allow us to include our Sales staff too.
I'm in the process of renewing right now. I haven't come across another product that has the range of features with the service, support and community that surrounds AtTask. The only hesitation is in the cost, it's quite a bit more than other options but the stability of the system, ease of use, and the quality level of their service and support make it worth it.

Workfront Support

It would be nice if the support forms were more dynamic so you could add more information to the support ticket when you enter it to reduce back and forth with the support team member. Also communication on escalated tickets isn't always great. It's gotten better over the years but still needs improvement. Other than that, initial response on support tickets is really quick and the people I've dealt with have always been very professional.
