Overall Satisfaction with Auryc
We use the tool to monitor user engagement and behaviour by setting up events through the tool. The tool helps us understand the level of interaction the users have with our product and what works for the user & does not work and what could potentially be better for them.
- The tool provides actionable insights with ease.
- The report summary and the recorded user sessions are great.
- The support team is also very responsive and helpful.
- Nothing that I dislike in specific.
- However, it would be nice to have better and exhaustive support guides/user manuals to help create custom reports and use the tool more effecively.
- The dashboard could be slightly better as too much data can be overwhelming at times.
