Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

BambooHR is our main day to day HR system where we hold our employee data and files. We also use it for recording training , performance management, onboarding and offboarding. All our staff use to request time off and to record goals as part of our performance management process. It is extremely user friendly and the support function is easy to use and quick to respond.

It is always easy to find things. very intuitive.
Quick responses. Only issue is when reply received by email it doesn't state what the original query was. This would be helpful as you could have several queries active.
