Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR
We use BambooHR as our HRIS. It stores all employee data as well as being our Applicant Tracking system for recruitment. BambooHR allows us to be sure that the data we are using to run our reports is accurate. it also allows us to provide senior management with up to date, reliable information on which to base decisions. BambooHR is also used to track our employees hours worked which is a requirement of our local employment legislation. We also use the eSignature forms which are very useful.

- Applicant Tracking System Reports, these should be more flexible.
- It would be useful to take the standard reports and save these as custom reports so that additional fields could be added.
- There are some glitches in the eSignature forms which should be resolved.
- Reduction in the time it takes to pull HR reports together
- Ability to track and record employee timesheets
We have the ability to provide reliable information to senior management to assist with decision making.
