Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This is our first HR automated system. We reviewed several systems and picked Bamboo. Easy to use and has a ton of features. Plus the managers and leaders of our organization have found it helpful. Applicants find it an easy way to communicate with the hiring manager.

Pros and Cons

Easy tracking of applicants.

great and easy storage of documents.

I would like to see a forwarding of the applicants to managers instead of downloading the resume and then sending it.

As I have mentioned in all my answers, the easy-to-site function of Bamboo has made a hit with all levels of management at our organization. Bamboo is well received by employees, applicants, and exes. Management.

There is an easy-to-use central place to store all employee documents and a way to share them with the employee when appropriate. The reminder of anniversary dates is a great motivational tool for the company. Sometimes, applicants who try to send a resume by phone are an issue. It needs to be more phone-friendly.
