Talkatoo is a dictation software provider for veterinarians. We are operating in a fairly narrow niche. Therefore, it was important for us to identify our target audience, find as many prospects as possible, and book calls. We wanted to find clinics and veterinarians ready to use our service. First of all, the team is perfect in identifying the target audience and testing new approaches. The team checking the service’s ideal customers - in our case, the guys wrote to veterinarians and offered our tool. At first, they were much too busy with paperwork and veterinary care to respond to any communications. As a further step, Belkins developed fresh models for clinic management positions. As soon as practice managers had more time to check their inboxes and noticed our offer, we saw an increase in sales.
