Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

We use it to sell our product online, both wholesale and retail.
  • One stop solution for our e-commerce needs.
  • Easy to learn and use.
  • Price could be better.
  • 3rd party vendors constantly bothering us.
  • Generally positive impact on all of our business objectives.
I do not think the way our company uses it qualifies us to determine the product's overall scalability yet.
I am not familiar with the term API and do not think our company currently uses this function.
We also have and use a Wix account for a generic webpage that does not involve e-commerce.
For a small business like us, it is a one-stop solution for our e-commerce. Not sure about any other situation.

Yes - BigCommerce replaced Wix.com because of it offered better options (choices) for us

Yes it was easy and I do not think training is necessary, as long as you have basic computer skills.

Configuring BigCommerce

I have not made any attempts to specially configure the BigCommerce for our organization. Not qualified to answer this question.

They have special pin number and phone number to dial, which is answered by a very friendly customer support staff. I have called in number of times and got a very friendly support every time.

BigCommerce Reliability

I have never had any problems with site being unavailable or down.
No issues experienced.

Integrating BigCommerce

When we first migrated our data from old website, file import was done through a help of BigCommerce technical support staff. It was very very easy and had no issues at all.
