Overall Satisfaction with Billhighway

You can only view member statements and current balances by clicking on specific periods so you can't see how much a member might still owe from all periods they have been in without seeing like every member ever put into Billhighway or clicking on a specific member. This means in order to see if people still owe from other periods you have to specifically be looking for that information. This makes trying to see how many members still owe money and the total amount they owe an extremely annoying and time-consuming task. The Billhighway anywhere device is useless. I have never gotten it to work despite following instruction manuals that are also useless. The device has a tap function icon on the top but nowhere in the instructions or the website does it say it accepts tap payments like apple pay. The instructions say that you can swipe a card or pay by check. But you can already accept credit card payment and checks with just the app so what's the benefit of the device? A slightly faster way to accept credit cards, that doesn't justify the price, which significantly more expensive than a square reader that can take tap payments with. If you accidentally write the wrong amount or try to submit a check in an incorrect category in the Billhighway anywhere app you can't try to submit that check again instead you have to mail the check in. The website regularly experiences delays and bugs which can result in trying to submit a load card request and getting it approved into sitting at your laptop watching the screen load for like 20 minutes. Multiple members of my sorority suddenly stopped getting statement emails and some members accounts have been randomly deleted and because of the Billhighway policies neither me or my advisor are able to help the situation. We are also not able to see who the emails go to so if someone's statements were going to wrong email we would never know. As an admin in Billhighway I can't see what the page looks like from a member perspective so sometimes when people ask me questions I give them wrong or irrelevant instructions and I have no idea what they are seeing when they look at their account. Sometimes I'll accidentally instruct someone to click a button that doesn't exist for them and there's no way to figure out if they just can't find it or if their account just doesn't have that function without asking to see someone else's account. Almost every member of my sorority finds Billhighway difficult to use and I am consistently getting asked to do walk through with members and there is no tutorial readily available for members on the website. The processing fees are also enormous and take up the highest percentage of my chapter's budget

It's literally never as useful as it could be. I and every member of my sorority have problems with literally every function on the website. If I could get my sorority to use any different platform I would do it. It's so bad and it takes up so much of our budget, just 10s of thousands of dollars wasted in processing fees on a website that barely works and is hard to use.
