Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Education Management Solutions (formerly Blackbaud K–12 ON Solutions)

It is used throughout our organization. This is a school, not a business. Blackbaud manages student grades, schedules, and conduct.

I bug them until I get the answers I need. It would be much better if there were actually training manuals. The reason I am doing this survey is I'm looking through the BB Community in search of information on Master Schedule and couldn't find anything, but this survey popped up!
If a school already uses EE, the ON products are the way to go. I'm not sure I would recommend ON to a newbie. The training is horrible.
