Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

Answer Health is an independent physician organization in the state of Michigan. We recommend the use of Blue Jeans to our member's practices to offer telemedicine services to their patients. We help practices sign up and develop workflows with Blue Jeans. Additionally, we configure their account for HIPAA compliance after creation.

  • Ease of use
  • When creating an appointment with Outlook, the meeting is not added to the account. It exists only in the schedulers Outlook calendar.
  • We have been able to recommend a telehealth solution for small to medium size practices

Well suited for basic telemedicine. Not well suited for full feature telemedicine (NOPP, TOU, credit card processing, and patient self selecting appointments).
