BlueJeans for large-scaling companies

My whole company uses BlueJeans widely, across every department. Every employee is on-boarded with SSO enabled access to a BJ account, to be able to log in and activate/license an account. We use BJ for every type of VC scenario; from external calls to clients, to internal department meetings, reviews, QBR's, etc. This helps a global company, such as mine, to connect offices and users around the world.

We perform a quarterly All-Hands company wide and connect every global office in that process. BlueJeans enables the company to do this with ease and allow users around the globe to listen in and attend the meetings stress-free. The technical departments rely on BJ to do this with very little issues.

BJ itself has very good SLA's and there are rarely issues with it. The major IT Tickets come from hardware issues with VC systems and User-Error problems. BJ is a reliable platform that makes supporting a large and scaling company much more easy than it would with another conferencing system.

Commander Center works really great for monitoring users, live meetings, reports and statistics included. We are able to proactively monitor and understand up to date information regarding all calls and meetings, globally.
BJ is constantly updating features and the added help with their customer support makes IT Admins very happy in our company.
