Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

I use it's calendar integration to schedule all calls, using both audio and video capabilities.
  • Outlook integration.
  • Connectivity.
  • The calendar invites are not always listed in my BlueJeans desktop app, requiring me to go back to my calendar for the meeting link.
  • It has definitely led to more face-to-face meetings.
  • Better engagement, drives more meaningful personal connections.
I like BlueJeans better than both GoTo Meeting and Zoom. I don't like the room listing on GoTo and I find Zoom's interface cumbersome. I definitely like BlueJeans' simple desktop app interface, very intuitive.
The dial-in option has been helpful. Many of my business contacts are on the go, so it's nice to have a mix of video and audio participants. I do like the calendar integration a lot, greatly simplifies scheduling efforts.
