We wanted an easy to use and install tool. Because it is cloud-based, it has helped reduce the admin task of manually installing the tool on a client's systems. Further, it is quite easy to understand and requires minimal training. Also, we wanted a simple and low-cost tool that could suffice the needs of our client and it best fits that.
