Overall Satisfaction with BrandsEye

BrandsEye is being used for monitoring social media and other online media for reporting purposes to funders/donors and other partners. It is being used by the marketing department predominantly, but has impact on the fundraising and operations departments in terms of securing and sourcing future project funding based on stats relating to reach and advertising value equivalency, as well as new stakeholders within the network of entrepreneurs we support.

  • The platform can be overwhelming to someone who is only needing to use a fraction of what the software can do.

BrandsEye has a better UI, better support, more knowledgeable staff when it comes to support and much better reputation on the whole.
I can only speak from my experience of how I use it and plan on using it. It is useful in monitoring PR management and social media management.
