Overall Satisfaction with Bronto Marketing Platform
We use bronto for our weekly email blast to customers, abandon cart recovery, order conformation emails, and instructions for a specific part when a customer orders said part.
- Abandon cart recovery.
- Easy to use interface.
- Workflows are easy to set up for automatic style emails.
- Better integration with outside software (little things not a big con).
- Boost in sales.
- Boost in abandon cart revenue.
- While we have cut down our email list this was actually a good thing because we were able to cut out customers who ignored or were not interested in our email blast.
