Overall Satisfaction with CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking
Our company has to recruit - train - hire all online. One person has to keep track of all the applications for one entire state. Our goal was to be organized with the process and be able to attract more quality candidates rather than numbers. We found that for what we are looking for hire-wise, we were not getting with this system.
- Easy user face.
- Easy to learn.
- Easy to work with, always helpful.
- The ability to not allow applicants to apply more than one time if that application has been rejected in the past.
- Negative-ROI.
- Positive - brand awareness
- Positive - templates
- Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs)
Indeed seems to have a grip on most hiring for our profession. The only reason why most companies use Indeed is that that's what most employees searching for jobs will use. While Indeed is not always the easiest to use, and it's certainly not the cheapest option, it's the most well-known. I can relate it to Mcdonald's; not the best hamburger, but it's there.
