Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Preparing and filing sales tax returns. Our main concern is the time and resources spent to file the returns.

User friendly software interface
Easy to import data into the software
Easy to review sales tax calculation, current and past filings for each jurisdiction

no need for separate CCH portal to handle the filing process
seem that the filing team is located in India. This create time zone differences where you get e-mail communications over the weekend or late at night
filing team is not timely respponsive

Overall CCH Suretax seems to be a good solution for calculating and filing sales tax returns, and I would recommend using it. The value is high for the price paid. I would hope that the filing process would improve, and the filing will be managed through the software and not through a separate platform.
