Ceridian Dayforce Review
Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Ceridian Dayforce is being used across all departments. All major modules support business processes. We use the recruiting module to hire candidates that are brought into Dayforce as applicants. We use onboarding to introduce employees to our organization and prepare them to start their first day. The talent team utilizes performance and succession to move employees upward through the organization. WFM utilized the timesheet to track hours for our non-exempt population. Payroll and HR work hand-in-hand to ensure accuracy of employee record processing along with the benefits module to ensure employees are properly deducted for the benefits that they selected.
