Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use this company-wide for all HR processes. It addresses our WFM, payroll, benefits management, performance management and more.
- Payroll is very easy to process.
- Benefit management is easy and integrates with vendors well.
- Performance management is great.
- We need a better leave management process. Ideally a new module would be great.
- Auditing capabilities are very limited in the system.
- Configuration changes can be difficult and without proper knowledge, Ceridian likely will charge you for anything you want changed.
- Increased productivity due to ability to have all info in one place.
- Decreased productivity due to unacceptable implementation process - this was at the fault of both client and product team.
- Increased efficiency.
Tax withholding, OT and payroll policies, healthcare eligibility. It would be great if specific laws were built into the system rather than requiring knowledge from HRIS team to review and then build.
Since we are only a year in, we are still relying on old systems to reference/etc. The data transfer was not clean at all (I was not here for the implementation, thus I am unclear why this transfer is so unclean).
I have only ever used Ceridian.
