Overall Satisfaction with Chartio

We use Chartio to get daily reports and insights about what the data looks like. It generates BI reports for us based on the data that we have.

Pros

  • Very easy to integrate
  • Simple interface to create charts and reports

Cons

  • It affects the performance of our DB machine so we had to run it on a replica, I guess this can be solved by running more processing on Chartio's machines instead of our own.
  • The query editor needs to be more enhanced, things like autocomplete and other basic features in the regular SQL consoles
Much cheeper and provides almost all the features that we need.
Stable, with high stickiness factor.
I guess any SaaS company will need to have a BI software, and for us, Chartio has been great!
