Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Board Series

[Cisco] Webex Board is used for bidirectional whiteboarding for unified communications designs with customers. It is able to be used by all departments but is most used by presale engineering and leadership. This solves the issue of one-way content pushes and interactivity within a meeting both locally and in a hybrid state.

  • Audio.
  • Video.
  • Stylus.
  • Mobile stand options.
  • Peripheral expansion.
  • USB redirect.
  • Positive: work without borders.
  • Positive: ability to save whiteboards and work on them perpetually.
  • Negative: Not intuitive for users.
Haven't used it in a while, but RMA'd a board with an issue quickly when we needed it.
The board is functional and robust. However, lack of mobility and expansion, as well as unique usability without a T10/navigator, hinder its adoption.

This is well suited for collaboration spaces where whiteboarding must be saved and is relevant. This is not well suited for large spaces where [the] expansion of inputs and outputs, external microphones are required, or whiteboarding is not valued.
