Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Board Series

I've used this product in some customers premises. Quality meetings for both video and audio , as well as sharing documentation capabilities are key features for critical calls.
  • flexible usage. Large screen easy to move (for the unit I've been using)
  • sharing content is great
  • collaborative tasks are easier
  • I don't really think about specific improvements. Pricing maybe !
  • Difficult to assess benefits, but overall improvement in conception phase
  • increase number of remote people - which is not the goal
The unit I've been using was a choice from our customer.
Never contacted support and I had no negative feedback from owner of the equipmemt.
User interface and setup were easy to navigate, altroughif I didn't made the initial setup for the device
