We use Cofense PhishMe enterprise wide. We use it for security awareness and education. Monthly phishing simulation tests are done to help our users understand and identify phishing emails. We also use the metrics from these test extensively to target areas that may require additional education. Targeted phishing simulations are done as well.

Yes, we actively use the secure email gateway miss templates as well as the Active threat templates. Since these are generally what cyber criminals are using at that moment in time. We want to keep our users aware of active threats so they recognize real malicious emails and also emphasizing reporting of such emails.

We do not use recipient sync. Our current active directory structure would not provide the fields I would like included with our metrics so I upload new recipient groups regularly. We do use the reporter and actively promote it and encourage our users to report suspicious emails. We currently do not use the Playbook feature but have recently started planning scenarios at least a couple months at a time.

We use the portions of the board report to keep our upper level management up to date on our monthly results. I use the reporter metrics extensively. These can be filtered on the fields provided on the recipient list so I can give locations/ organizations, functions, etc their specific failure rate metrics.

No, based on prior experience it was not needed
