When we have to travel we use Concur Travel and Expense, and it makes everything very simple.

I did have some trouble with pulling up the flights, but after going out and then back again, I was able to connect. The rest was straightforward. All of my information had been saved from previous travel, so I didn't need to do anything other than book the flight.
