Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight
We use Seachlight for all qualifying clients, and it is available across the whole organization. It addresses a few needs for us, keyword research, tracking of keywords, reporting of keywords, competition tracking, potential opportunities with content and PPC... just a few examples.
- Functionality of the platform, easy to use, makes sense to clients, conveys the message that the data is telling them.
- Customer service/training including certification conferences.
- Adapt to the needs of the clients, we asked for improvements to certain parts of the platform, and they addressed them within a timely manner.
- Nature of the beast, but it would be great to get data sooner than a week after set up... doubt there is a way around that.
- Easier to diagnose opportunities/issues with the site
- Speed to get answers for clients on SERP's and problems on site.
- Definitely increased efficiency on the employee level.
