Overall Satisfaction with Conductor Searchlight
Our company has been using the Conductor platform to support our marketing efforts over the past year. Whether it be a new website redesign or launch, a new product offering or understanding our competitors, Conductor allows us to track and benchmark progress over time and across major business milestones.
- Competitor comparisons, and the ability to see what keywords competitors are ranking for that you are not, and the ability to easily add those keywords to the database if you are not tracking them and they are important.
- Account Manager is so helpful, always checking in and offering to schedule a meeting to touch base. Very committed to finding solutions that will work for our business specifically and goes above and beyond to create customized reports.
- Actionable reports that are easy to export and translate to IT for implementation on our websites - the ability to filter by page and search volume to pull the most impactful issues.
- Honestly I cannot think of anything. As I'm sure it's similar for other clients, I am very busy and my biggest challenge is finding the capacity to give this platform the attention it deserves. There is SO much great information at my fingertips and I wish I could spend all day working in it.
- None yet but at no fault of Conductor. We need to dedicate time to implementing the recommendations coming from the platform.
