Maintenance and Support are included on our contract. The California Chancellors Office was instrumental in making this available and affordable for us.
When your students/faculty/users are unable to login - it is always a CRISIS! And CRISIS is where the ConexEd support team shines - they recognize and acknowledge the urgencies and will do the necessary escalation automatically to get us back in business the soonest.
